Despite still being in a transport-free zone (no van, remember?  let's not go there, ok, I'm still in mourning), I nevertheless managed to pick up a small few vintage goodies last week.

 

My favourite, as is often the case, is a stack of vintage magazines such as the one above.

I found this hilarious ad- I'm going to show you the first half, and see if you can guess what the product is.

Ah yes, but what is this neat, sweet, clean and thoughtful girl trying to sell us??
