Merry Christmas Everyone!

Well it's been busy, busy, busy around here lately!

What have you been up to?

Preps for the shop are in full swing, with lots of painting going on...albeit a little slower when one has so much, umm, help!

We've been out seeing Christmas lights every night this week, battling the crowds, mozzies, midges and bad drivers.

I snuck a semi-secret parcel into the mail for Helga! today too.

Getting the presents wrapped. Obviously! As you can see I'm all very co-ordinated this year.

I made Swedish knack, which turned out beautifully-thanks to Jem for putting me on to it. I have Swedish ancestry, my great great grandparents migrated from Sweden to Australia in the 1880s and my grandmother remembers them, so she's particularly keen to try the knack tomorrow.

Tonight we made rumballs, usually one of my mothers specialties, but this year it was delegated to me. VB had great fun, see below!
All in all it promises to be a great day tomorrow. Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, I sincerely hope you all have a relaxing and enjoyable Christmas day.

Thanks to everyone for reading and following my blog this year. It's been a great start and I've made heaps of new friends already, I also love finding out so much new information about vintage stuff, so lets all keep up the good work :)
