We have some awesome funky goodies in at our WAC shop this week.
From a local estate came this fab coffee table, I'm guessing it was handmade by hubby and decorated by his wife and dates to the 1940s.
As you can hopefully see by the angle it looks to have been made from old pieces of household timber. Due to the heavy lacquer on top the colours are still as bright and fresh as they were 50 years ago.
Gorgeous electric blue anodised whistling kettle
For the lovers of all things pink and girly, a tiled bowl with heart-shaped tiles
Set of 4 Clement Meadmore style steel rod outdoor chairs
Fully lined woven cane blanket or storage box
We always have plenty of kitsch goodies in stock too, how hilarious is this shell ornament?
Handy cane breakfast tray
We've also a new cabinet full of Art Deco treasures, due to the cabinet being full of lights things are very difficult to photograph, but here are a couple of samplers
Lovely white cane magazine rack, freshly resprayed
And from the same estate as the table in the first pic, another hand painted and lacquered coffee table
I love how the lower shelf is made from old wall timbers, I've never seen anything like these unique pieces before!
