New to the Shop This Week- at Tamborine

Ta-dah!!! New in this week are one of my favourite things ever- French enamel signs.

Being a Francophile and a speaker of the language, how could I pass up these originals? Whether they end up with vintage lovers like me or with twee-stricken shabby chic types remains to be seen!

Sue has displayed them surrounded by an antique oak frame, what a great idea of hers and it makes for a fab display in itself. Above is a huge enamel street sign, and yes, apparently it has already been quite the talking point already!

Gayware in the kitchen can't be beat, and this set of harlequin canisters is no exception.

While our rule is to never sell any repro, we do make the odd exception, and this 10 year old baby is a definite qualifier.

A radio from the front, lift up the lid and it's also a turntable, complete with instruction books.

petit point clock with ornate frame, in working order.

Set of 6 minty etched depression glass tumblers

This is just one of several crustic old tin signs decorating the kitchen

Awesome waxed hoop pine ironing board, perfect for displaying this wee troupe of old irons

My crafty fingers have been busy too! These are just two of the many new hair flowers in store now, don't forget to keep an eye on our related Facebook page Kustom Kulture Girl for updates.

Linking up to Lakota's Ta-Dah Tuesday.

Oh yeah~ I'd put that Studebaker in there too! I looked for one a while back, but couldn't find one!

Those enamel street signs look brilliant in the wooden frame. I rather like that Progressive Cordials sign, too! There's a heap of Victorian flat irons over at my parents' house, I should rescue them and do something artistic. x

I love those French enamel numbers too, sadly I don't think they'd look quite right on my current house. Looks like you have some lovely stock in at the moment - I just heard of 'gayware' recently and am rather jealous that we don't have it here!

I rather fancy a Progressive Cordial... Do you think they are called that because they have gin in them? Mmmm! And if I could have it in one of those green tumblers, please. Thanks, Kitty! Love the signs and numbers. xxx

LOVE your enamel signs, they remind me of many childhood camping holidays in France where I was navigating and sent my dad down the wrong Rue!

All the pictures look great, but my favorite is that record player. Wow! That would be front and center if it were in my living room.
I love those enameled signs too. I'd love to have one on my bathroom door. The French call their bathrooms something so fancy, it sounds like perfume!
