Vintage Rhinestone Jewellery

Who doesn't love a bit of sparkly jewellery?? No matter what your vintage taste is, no matter which era you prefer, you can always find something you like or can adapt to your taste.

Isn't this a beauty?! An enormous size, exactly the type of piece my great-grandmother would have worn at her throat to brighten up an outfit.

Traditional floral spray, this was a popular look in the 50s, the pale pink a lovely match for those who wear the pastels.

Beetle brooch, not very old, but I'm keeping this one!

Pearl-y bug brooch.

a MOUND of rhinestones

50s demi, the brooch is enormous, over 3" long

And who can go past red to add colour? Not me!

Coro scatter pearls on original card. I wonder where I would scatter them...

Hi there, I'm so glad you popped over for a visit - it's sooooo great to hear from a local vintage blogger:))). I'm nuts for green and would leap on the green brooch in a flash, 'cept they're all beauties and I couldn't bypass any of these babies if I saw them for sale. Yeah, I missed the Mt Gravatt do because our car was written off and I couldn't get my hands on a replacement in time - grrrrr! I'm planning on treating myself to the Gold Coast fair in May - have you been to that one? I'm following you:)) xo
