Fresh Finds & New Faves...Collapsible Hat Box

How cool is my new collapsible vintage hat box?! Check it out!


It goes from this....



...to this in 2 easy moves. I love it!


It's made from sturdy vinyl-covered board and still has its original handle and tassel. As shown above, you simply push the bottom up or down as required, and the whole thing folds flat.The lid sits comfortably inside the frame and the base has a type of 'ledge' to sit on so the box holds together beautifully.

 

Sue picked this up for me while out buying on the weekend. I think I should let her go shopping more often! We bought 2, I am definitely keeping this one but the other one is available for sale.
I'd love to know if any of my readers have one of these or have seen them before (Vix?), as I never have, and would love to know more about them!
